We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and unopened

• The product must be in its original packaging

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with clear photos.

Refunds:
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
